The MAD* Factory teaches theatre year-round to students ages 3-19. We have a liberal scholarship policy and second child discounts. To register for a course or camp, or to be placed on our mailing list, send us an e-mail or give us a call at 440-774-7062

How to Register For a Program…

  1. Call the MAD* Factory (440-774-7062) to request a registration form and scholarship form if appropriate. If there is no answer there is probably a class in session. Please leave your name, your child’s name and age, address, and phone number.
  2. Upon receipt, please fill out form front and back and return with payment.
  3. Your child/children will be officially registered and a space will be reserved for them when their registration form and full payment have been received. Your canceled check will serve as your receipt.

Register early - space is limited. Should a camp/course become filled, we will begin a waiting list.

Refund Policy: No refunds will be made unless cancellation is received in writing at least 7 days before the start of camp/class.
A full refund (less the $25 registration fee) will be made only if the cancelation is received in writing 7 days before the start of camp/class.

We strive to provide participants with a safe, fun experience for everyone. Age categories for our camps and classes are meant as a guideline. The MAD* Factory staff is aware that many children operate above or below their actual age level. Please talk to Linda if you wish to enroll a child in a camp or class not listed for his or her own age. Also, when registering a child, please inform us of any medical, physical or behavioral circumstances of which we need to be aware.
